Fr. Gardeniae Zhi Zi 9g Clears Heat, reduces Fire, eliminates irritability in the San Jiao, reduces swelling and invigorates the Blood.
With Mu Dan Pi, resolves Qi Level Stagnation leading to Heat and Heat in the Blood.
Rx. Gentianae Long Dan Cao 9g Drains and pacifies Excess Liver Fire.
Fr. Toosendan Chuan Lian Zi 9g Dredges Liver Qi, releases Stagnation, stops pain and conducts Heat out from below.
Poria Rubra Chi Fu Ling 9g Clears Dampness and Heat.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 9g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, reduces swelling, expels pus, generates flesh and alleviates pain.
Cx. Moutan Mu Dan Pi 9g Clears Heat, cools and harmonizes the Blood, clears Liver Fire, drains pus and reduces swelling.
Rx. Bupleuri Chai Hu 6g Spreads Liver Qi, relieves Stagnation, disperses Wind-Heat and resolves Phlegm and congestion.
With Long Dan Cao and Zhi Zi, for Excess Heat in the Liver and/or Gallbladder channels.
With Gan Cao, for Wind-Heat fever.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Gan Cao 3g Moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs and guides the herbs to all twelve channels.
